Ryan and his team have helped with different aspects our HVAC system in the past year. Most recently he was able to diagnose an issue with our cooling; which he resolved in record time. I've found his honesty and the care he puts into his work (and customers) to be quite refreshing. Couldn't recommend A G enough!

Great experience thus far! We just switched over to using AG heating and cooling in May 2026. They were able to get us on the schedule very quickly (as new customers) to come inspect a potential issue we were concerned about. Very honest about what needed to be done and fair pricing. Came back for our service call yesterday to fix/tune up a few things. They were efficient & quick on the job. Easily answers any questions I have & on-time arrival for our service call with a heads up prior which is so helpful! Looking forward to continuing to use them moving forward! Highly recommend.

Great service and knowledgeable

Both technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable. Instead of scheduling another appointment the techs left to get filters for the A/C units and returned rather quickly! They were efficient and did a great job servicing three units. Highly recommend this company.

Furance stopped working, I called AG. The team showed up same day and got the heat back on quickly. Good call if your furance or AC needs a tune up.

I’ll never forget trying to fix my furnace, again, for over two hours in the cold basement. It seemed I couldn’t bleed the line enough. It was so late at night and my fingers had turned purple. A G Heating and Cooling replaced and installed an upgraded oil-fired hot water heater and an oil tank. The prices were fair. The crews were vey knowledgeable and showed up on time. Keving explained why he had chosen the burner and oil tank and their pluses versus other products. A job well done.

Ryan and his crew installed a new AC system during the recent hot spell. They did a great job and were extremely professional and courteous. Very good to deal with and I would recommend using their services. We will be using AG Heating and Cooling for all our future HVAC service needs.

I could not be more happy with the maintenance of the existing and the new installation of Mitsubishi AC split system units. I met Ryan and Kevin when they were working at my neighbor's house so I was able to witness firsthand their speed and efficiency and appreciate the craftsmanship of the end result. I invited Ryan to my house where he inspected the house layout and provided various installation options for the new system. A few days later I received an estimate which was presented with the full transparency of the equipment, labor and installation costs involved. In addition Ryan gave me an option to engage my own electrician and also recommended the local electrical company Mikkel Electric they usually subcontract with very reasonable quote that we ended up using. Come installation day, everything was completed in less than 7 hours despite some challenges reaching the house top floor. Even though the company does not have a ton of Google reviews yet I can confidently recommend it to anyone who is looking for reliable, dependable and reasonably priced local company in Bethel, CT and beyond. I am looking forward to work with Ryan and Kevin again should the need arises.

These guys are beyond professional and clean. So clean I almost forgot they even came. They showed up and went over everything with me from start to finish.. definitely recommend them to anyone! Btw they show up when they say they will!

Ryan, professional and explained everything (mouse ate cables). This company DOES NOT try to rob you with "initial inspection" fees or "service call" fees; fair priced, flat-rate charge solely based on the service issue-no hidden or additional fees (just replaced cables and did not try to up-sell me a new capacitor because current one still works). Ryan was very patient while I absorbed the reality that I needed to replace my furnace. I had three quotes and his was lowest plus his explanation of what he would do was the most thorough. The new hardware installation (pipes and boiler) was perfect, boiler room left cleaner than he found it, and just as expected, they were in and out in one day. This is an honest, thoughtful and professional technician.

I was recommended Ryan and Kevin through a mutual friend. His company, AG Heating and Cooling, is relatively new, and I was very hesitant at first. However, after speaking with Ryan and Kevin more, I realized that while their company is new, they have been doing this type of work for over a decade—just with another company. They recently decided to start their own business, and their experience and professionalism quickly put me at ease. The way they communicated and their attention to detail ultimately made me feel confident enough to award them the job. Ryan and Kevin provided me with a competitive quote for a mini-split installation and took the time to listen to my concerns. One thing I really liked about them is that they were willing to hear me out and respect my OCD-level need for everything to look clean and well-organized. A lot of contractors I looked at before them that are more well known in this type of work-wanted to route the cooling lines all over the exterior of my house with no real consideration for aesthetics. I told Ryan and Kevin that I wanted the coolant lines kept to a minimum, and the end result? They were able to get all three interior units to line up perfectly at the exterior of the house, leading to the outdoor condenser in a single, uniform line. It made for an extremely clean and professional-looking install, which I truly appreciated. I think my favorite part of this install—other than the fact that I’m saving a lot of money by converting from baseboard heaters to a ductless mini-split—is the way the lines and everything were routed. The attention to detail in keeping everything neat and streamlined made a huge difference in the overall look of the installation. Throughout the process, Ryan and Kevin were professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. They ensured everything was done efficiently without cutting corners, and the installation turned out great.
