I was recommended Ryan and Kevin through a mutual friend. His company, AG Heating and Cooling, is relatively new, and I was very hesitant at first. However, after speaking with Ryan and Kevin more, I realized that while their company is new, they have been doing this type of work for over a decade—just with another company. They recently decided to start their own business, and their experience and professionalism quickly put me at ease. The way they communicated and their attention to detail ultimately made me feel confident enough to award them the job. Ryan and Kevin provided me with a competitive quote for a mini-split installation and took the time to listen to my concerns. One thing I really liked about them is that they were willing to hear me out and respect my OCD-level need for everything to look clean and well-organized. A lot of contractors I looked at before them that are more well known in this type of work-wanted to route the cooling lines all over the exterior of my house with no real consideration for aesthetics. I told Ryan and Kevin that I wanted the coolant lines kept to a minimum, and the end result? They were able to get all three interior units to line up perfectly at the exterior of the house, leading to the outdoor condenser in a single, uniform line. It made for an extremely clean and professional-looking install, which I truly appreciated. I think my favorite part of this install—other than the fact that I’m saving a lot of money by converting from baseboard heaters to a ductless mini-split—is the way the lines and everything were routed. The attention to detail in keeping everything neat and streamlined made a huge difference in the overall look of the installation. Throughout the process, Ryan and Kevin were professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. They ensured everything was done efficiently without cutting corners, and the installation turned out great. This company DOES NOT try to rob you with "initial inspection" fees or "service call" fees; fair priced, flat-rate charge solely based on the service issue-no hidden or additional fees (just replaced cables and did not try to up-sell me a new capacitor because current one still works).
